Looney Labs card games are printed in the USA primarily by our production partner Delano Service, a division of EPI Printing in Battle Creek Michigan. We include tracking labels to designate each print run, the inks do not contain lead, and the plastic in our pyramids is Crystal Styrene and does not contain phthalates.
Looney Labs games are considered General Use products by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and are not required to comply with consumer product safety rules intended for Children's Toys. We have previously tested for specific rules, such as flammability, sharp edges, and phthalates, that would apply to Children's Toy requirements and the tests are linked in the appropriate sections below. In addition, most of our games are card games that are made of paper and printed with ink that does not require testing for lead as noted here.
